Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Kabay Music, I strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any issues on a case-by-case basis.
2. Digital Products
No Refunds: Once a digital product (e.g., video courses, downloadable content) has been purchased and accessed, we cannot offer refunds.
Access Issues: If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
3. Services
Cancellations: For services such as mixing, mastering, or teaching sessions, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.
